Thank you for completing the registration form and initial payment. [Child Name's] spot is officially reserved! We’ve also recorded the uniform size you selected and will courier the set to your home shortly.

What We Still Need (Most families complete this in one sitting—about 10 minutes.)

• ECDA Form 1

• Subsidy Acknowledgement Form

• Child's birth certificate

• Child's immunisation records

• Both parents' NRIC

• Interbank GIRO form (hard copy)

If you wish to utilise your child's CDA account, please provide the bank details and we'll supply the appropriate form.
