'Skill Surge Thursday' is a weekly internal training program where teachers leverage team expertise and share knowledge through Google Meet sessions to enhance their skills and teaching strategies.

Overview

Teachers will present topics on early childhood education based on their strengths, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Training Topics:

Potential topics include:

• Phonics strategies

• Conducting readers

• Effective learning centers

• Classroom management

• Engaging storytelling

Session Formats & Compensation :

• Online Sessions: Google Meet, $200 per session

• Physical Sessions: Town Hall meetings, $300 per session

Frequency

• Sessions will alternate between English and Chinese topics for inclusivity
