Importance of Enrolments

Enrolments are the bedrock of our operations, making them our most critical metric. While school principals mainly handle this, everyone can assist. Encouraging enrolments is a shared responsibility, and we value all contributions.

Program Overview

• Incoming students receive a $500 school fee credit.

• Referrers also gain a $500 school fee credit.

• If a teacher refers, they earn a $200 bonus instead.

• Staff ranked Vice Principals or higher are ineligible for the referral bonus as student recruitment is integral to their role.

Utilising the Credit

• Referrers can offset their regular school fees with this credit.

• Parents with multiple children in our school can allocate the credit to any of their children.

Limitless Opportunities

There's no cap on credits earned. Each successful referral brings in a $500 school fee credit.

Examples

• Example 1: Parent A, with Child A at our school, refers Parent B who enrolls three kids. Child A gains a $1500 credit.

• Example 2: Parent C, having two kids (Child C1 & C2) with us, refers parents D & E, introducing three students in total. Parent C can decide how to distribute the $1500 credit between Child C1 and C2.

Credit Disbursement Timing

While new students benefit from an immediate fee credit, typically as a registration fee waiver, referrers get their credit after the new student completes a month with us. This policy ensures the commitment of the new enrollee and allows for any unexpected changes in family plans.
