Student Withdrawal

Parents are required to give at least one month's advance notice for withdrawing their child from the center. The child's official last day should coincide with the end of that month.
For instance, if the child's last day at the center will be on October 31, a written notice must be submitted no later than October 1. If the notice is given on September 15, the child's last day in the center will still be October 31, not October 14.
Please be advised that withdrawals and program changes are not permitted in November and December.
Withdrawals, except in cases of graduation, are often challenging for both families and staff. It's important to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor during the process.
By default, parents are obligated to continue fee payments until the last month of enrolment. The deposit will be typically refunded within one month of the child's last day.
Once parents have confirmed their intent to withdraw, email them the ECDA's Form 3 for completion.
After receiving the filled-out Form 3, store it in the child's designated folder on Dropbox.
Update the withdrawal dates on both the Taidii and CMS platforms.
Inform our finance team about the withdrawal via email. Attach the completed Form 3 for reference and specify whether the deposit should be refunded.
